LEONARD CHESHIRE DISABILITY
Leonard Cheshire Disability (LCD) chose our 'Media Hub' content management system (CMS) to power Ability Media, the website for their new Media Centre in South London. It also powers the sister site AMI Awards, a site for their annual awards that aims to celebrate inclusion and diversity in the creative industries. We also helped LCD to win the 'UK sexual health project of the year' at the prestigious Brook Awards 2010 for our work on the In Touch Project, an interactive learning resource on sexual health and wellbeing for disabled people.

LANGLAND
Langland are a leading advertising agency in the healthcare sector. We have worked with them on a number of marketing campaigns both as filmmakers and web developers. The most recent project is an football 'Keepie Uppie' game for Bayer Healthcare - with both an online Flash version and an Apple iPhone application. The next project is our first venture into augmented reality!

BARKING AND DAGENHAM LSP
We've just completed a major re-design and development of the Barking and Dagenham Local Strategic Partnership website. The key aim of the new site is to provide a shared information space where the local council, primary care trust, police and third sector organisations can exchange latest news and ideas. This is done through the use of online events diarys, forums, newsletters and automated e-bulletins. The Partnership wanted the website to demonstrate 'joined up thinking' to the local population. YOUNG TATE ONLINE
We're currently working with the Tate on a redesign for the Young Tate Online website, which will involve young people in a participant design process.The goal is to identify and create features to engage and support an active audience. Watch this space.
BARKING & DAGENHAM COUNCIL
We're working as consultants to set up a production studio, a youth media training scheme and a web publishing operation that aims to support all aspects of the borough's public service communications remit and prepare apprentices and trainees for the creative and cultural industries. The Media Space @ Barking Foyer opens in June.
METROPOLITAN POLICE
Media Citizens works with the Metropolitan Police to create new ways to tackle social issues through media projects. These include teenage pregnancy, knife crime and drug abuse. We're currently creating films on knife crime through workshops with young people in three London boroughs and designing an interactive online learning resource and website for the Stolen Lives project.
We also set up yoodoo.org.uk - a participant media website for young people in south London. We designed and built a multimedia website, and also ran youth media clubs with skills training to teach disadvantaged young people how to make their own media. In less than a year over 200 films were made for the site. They provide a valuable resource of information, entertainment and positive role models for young people in south London.
For a different audience, we've also created a training DVD to show teaching staff how to deal with critical incidents in schools. To date 5,000 copies have been sent to primary and secondary schools in London.

BBC3 - LIVE INSIGHT
Live insight is an internal facing "audience research" website for BBC3. The content for the site is produced by a large, diverse group of young people who upload videos, imagery and text using our content management system. The content helps BBC producers keep their ears to the ground with what young people think about contemporary issues.

KINGS COLLEGE HOSPITAL
The NHS and Kings College Hospital commissioned us to create a unique film dealing with young people and sexual health. Our approach started by consulting groups of young people with whom we developed a call to action film based around the popular magazine show format. Incorporating a modern soundtrack, flashy graphics, young presenters, youth slang, and a fair dose of humour. The film represents the best of our participative media approach, and stands out from the monotony of 'boring biology videos' shown in Britain's classrooms.
LONDON DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (LDA)
We run the intoMEDIA scheme for the Supporting Talent to Enterprise Programme (STEP) - a 2 year LDA programme to engage 125 learners and progress them to jobs or further education in the creative and media industries. The outputs of the course are showcased on the intoMEDIA website. We have also just completed the West London Working website - an employment and skills resource for the LDA, LSC and Job Centre Plus.

LONDON COLLEGE OF COMMUNICATION (LCC)
This multi channel media player was designed for the London College of Communication to showcase the vibrant intellectual life of the staff and students. For this project we produced an entire year-long schedule of short films and audio visual slideshows that reveal the people, ideas, creative work and atmosphere of the place for an audience of prospective students, potential funding partners and possible collaborators. We've also webcast live events through the player.
INCISIVE MEDIA
We develop websites for new publishing ventures that Incisive want to get to market quickly. The emphasis is on a professional design within quick turnaround timescales driven by a competitive commercial environment. Examples include: My Financial Calendar - a conference and events diary for the financial industry and coming soon - Global Wealth - an information resource for wealthy personal investors.

SILENCE LONDON
Web advertising with viral video and mobile phone delivery is a growing area of business. We worked closely with London online advertising agency Silence to support the delivery of interactive campaigns. See the Daylight Robbery viral as an example.
LIVE ONLINE
The 'Live' website is the online version of the successful 'Live' magazine, based in Brixton and produced by young people in and around Lambeth. The site showcases contributers porfolio's of work and allows them to upload CV's for prospective employers to consider.

WEST LONDON FILM OFFICE
We have just completed the re-design of this website. The site manages both the application process and the issuing of licenses to film for the boroughs of Ealing, Harrow and Hillingdon. It also has a comprehensive location library, complete with emailable wish-list feature and the facility for the general public to add their own property to the database. http://www.westlondonfilmoffice.co.uk/

UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS, LONDON
Six Films and Media Player - we were commissioned by the Widening Participation Team to make a series of educational films for young people to help break down their stereotypes of students and student life. University of the Arts
AYLESBURY NEW DEAL FOR COMMUNITIES (ANDC)
We have just delivered a 'Media Player' for the ANDC to help promote and explain the work of the ANDC in the massive change happening on the estate over the next few years. We are also running a training scheme to help local residents make their own films for the player. Aylesbury Media Player.
ELEPHANT AND CASTLE REGENERATION TEAM
We were commissioned to design, build and manage the website for the Elefest Multimedia Festival using our own 'rich media' content management system. Elefest website

COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION NETWORK (CCN)
The creation of engaging media projects to get across public information messages is a professional practice we've been building for some time. We ran a national competition - see this link - with CCN in partnership with Channel 4's 4Talent and also developed a media player to take council information campaigns to the public. This is now used by a number of local authorities and community partnerships around the country - for an example please see the Hastings player - click on the link 'click here to view SHP TV'.
CUMING MUSEUM
In partnership with the Cuming Museum and Southwark Council and with the support of the Heritage Lottery fund, we ran a summer school programme for young people from the Heygate Estate using photography to document the Elephant and Castle area using the same themes as Bert Hardy in the 1940's. LONDON COLLEGE OF COMMUNICATION (LCC)
We have designed and built the interactive learning environment to facilitate course delivery on FDA, BA and MA online journalism courses. This includes all the technological resources from web based publishing systems through to multimedia publishing toolkits using photography, video and sound. ArtsLondon News

WANDSWORTH COUNCIL
Two projects for Wandsworth Council and its Tooting SRB fund to run digital media workshops for young people and to produce a DVD of the outputs.
SAFER SOUTHWARK PARTNERSHIP
We were a partner production company for the Get Scene, Get Heard young peoples film and music competition. Our role was to run media participation workshops at our training centre developing both drama and documentary short film productions. We produced the winning entry 'Double Edged' by Rory Jackson-Horn. We have also put the films online. Get Scene
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADULT CONTINUING EDUCATION (NIACE)
With our partners Red Kite Learning we have successfully completed 2 tranches of work for the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) and their Technology to Enhance Adult and Community Learning (TrEACL) programme - part of the National Learning Network (NLN). LONDON SOUTH BANK UNIVERSITY
In conjunction with Aspire Aim Higher we made a series of educational films to help 14 - 16 year old school students decide what career pathway they may want to take when choosing Further or Higher Education. The six areas were Construction, Health, Tourism, Media, Business and Arts.
